ZAP’s Kentucky Manufacturing Plan Fails, Plan Survives

ZAP (Zero Air Pollution) announced last fall that they were teaming up with Integrity Manufacturing to build a manufacturing plant in Kentucky to make the Alias in. This was to be a ginormous one million square foot EV plant in Franklin, Kentucky that would ultimately employ 4,000 people.

After going through many iterations of its original design, ZAP has finally unveiled a physical prototype of this unusual-looking, three-wheeled electric car.

ZAP Introduces Electric Van and Truck at NADA Expo

ZAP is introducing two new electric vehicle models this year at the National Automobile Dealers Association (NADA) expo, going on right now in New Orleans. ZAP is introducing a four-wheeled van (which reminds me a lot of a Volkswagen bus) as well as a three-wheeled utility truck.
