The X-Rider electric motorcycle from Xtreme Green Products in Nevada received certification for highway use from the EPA. They were told by the EPA that they are the first electric motorcycle (”Highway Motorcycle - Battery Electric”) to receive this certification in the U.S.

Xtreme Green Begins Taking Orders for X Rider Electric Motorcycle + Upgrade!

The first of the X Rider electric motorcycles from Xtreme Green will be shipping this June and the company has announced that they’re now taking pre-orders. These electric bikes qualify for a $2,500 federal tax credit and can travel up to 95 miles on a full charge.

Jon tells us that these might be the only images of the Sentinel available on the Internet, and we believe him - we looked high and low for actual photos of this product when we published our original article on it, and couldn’t find one.

This is definitely an Xtreme bike, that’s for sure. The Xtreme Green X Rider is an all-electric motorcycle that speeds up to 65mph and goes up to 95 miles on a single charge. It looks pretty cool too.
