EVOASIS to Roll Out EV Charging Station Pilot in London

California company EVOASIS has announced that they’ll be rolling out a pilot network of electric vehicle charging stations in the London metro area. The stations will be styled after the iconic red phone booths of London (I prefer to call them “Dr. Who Booths”) and will be capable of charging up to 12 vehicles per booth.

The National Car Park (NCP) is auctioning off 50 electric vehicle charging parking points across London. The auction is for one year’s use of a reserved parking space with an EV charging unit. Winners can choose their spots from a provided list and bidding is being done online.

Electric Vehicle Charging Infrastructure company Coulomb Technologies has just announced that they have received a first round of funding to the tune of $3.75M dollars. The Campbell, CA company has said the round was let by Berlin, Germany-based Estag Capital AG.
