History was made at the Isle of Man and the world’s first zero carbon eGrandPrix (the TTXGP) took place today, June 12. The race involved a lot of riders, bikes, technology, and innovation and was the first of its kind ever to be held.

MIT Freshman Invents 1-Wheeled Electric Motorcycle

Ben Gulak, a freshman at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT), has invented and built an electric motorcycle with only one wheel. The 19-year-old was featured on the cover of Popular Science and given a spot on their 10 top inventions of the year.

Suzuki Crosscage Hydrogen Fuel Cell Motorcycle Could Release Next Year

Suzuki has been working hard on the hydrogen fuel cell Crosscage motorcycle. Intelligent Energy, Suzuki’s partner in this venture, was at the EVS24 in Norway showing off the fuel cell technology. Intelligent Energy plans to build their own motorcycle, the ENV (pictured below) with the fuel cells.

Video: Motoczysz E1pc Undergoes Dyno Testing

In a first glimpse of the E1pc from Motoczysz, which will be raced in the TTXGP on the Isle of Man coming up next month, this video shows the bike undergoing some testing of its basic systems. The bike is strapped to a dyno and is under its own power and batteries.
