Brammo has dropped the price of the Enertia electric motorcycle from $11,995 to $7.995. This huge price cut doesn’t include the 10% federal credit, which drops the price further to $7,195. Many balked at the old price tag and it’s likely that increased production to meet Best Buy in-store models plus the consumer hangup (and competition from Zero and others) have changed Brammo’s plans.
The announcement came at about the same time that Best Buy announced a finance plan to sell the bike for $2,000 down and $249/month at no interest.
