Geoff Bjorgan is a tinkerer, there’s no doubt about it. This latest creation of his is an awesome rendition of what he can do if given the time to do it and a few items to cannibalize for parts.
He discovered a junked 1986 Honda motorcycle in his friend’s garage, used his sawzall to cut off all the “unnecessary parts” and added some electric bits and batteries. The result? Well, you’re lookin’ at it.
It weighs in at 120 pounds and is a pedal-assist electric bicycle.
Bjorgan admits that he was more interested in how it looked when he was done than how well it would work. It barely works up to 21mph on a flat and is very heavy, but in the looks department? Pure coolness, bro.

The engine from the motorcycle was put to use in “rewiring” his lawnmower, which now has ten speeds and all kinds of power. The pedals for his new bike were “liberated” from his girlfriend’s bicycle (”maybe my ex-girlfriend,” he jokes) and the headlight came off a hearse.
Pretty awesome, man. I’d be proud to cruise town on this machine. He’s already started on his next project, a combination bicycle/skateboard concept.
