
We’re getting very close to the big race on the Isle of Man. On Friday, June 12, teams will converge on the first inaugural zero-carbon eGrandPrix (aka TTXGP). A lot of big names in racing will be participating.

These include TT racing veteran John Crelin, who will be riding for the TORK team–the first ever team from India to compete in a TT race.
Another is Paul Owen, one of the stars of the PS/2 game “TT Superbikes Real Road Racing Champsionship.”
In all, 20 riders will be in the race, representing electric motorcycle companies from around the world. Two classes of race will be held: the Pro 3A and the Open. Rider registrations were due May 31 and have ben verified with the Auto-Cycle Union (ACU), who oversees the race.
