Unlike many automakers who have only one electric vehicle they’re pushing, Chrysler is working on a full line of them in order to cut costs and improve quality. While other companies like GM are focusing on one vehicle as the starter for a platform, Chrysler is focusing on the platform itself.
This means that everything Chrysler is showing is merely a concept and not a finished or even pre-production model. Despite these, Chrysler is showing the three vehicles as a building block platform in separate concepts.
The Dodge Circuit EV we’ve talked about here before when it debuted in LA late last year. This is similar to the Tesla Roadster and is a Lotus with Dodge’s electric drive train and logos.

The Chrysler 200C PHEV is direct competition (conceptually) for the Chevy Volt. It’s a sedan with the capability of driving about 40 miles before recharge is required by the on-board gasoline motor.
The Chrysler Town & Country EV was the original showcase vehicle for the ENVI program that is the base of Chrysler’s EV and PHEV platforms. This will not be a pure EV any longer, but will be a PHEV like the 200C.
