The Shanghai Auto Show is just around the corner - doors open on April 22nd - and news is already starting to filter out about some of the EV offerings due to be shown off at the show. One company who will be unveiling a new electric car product is Brilliance Auto, a Chinese auto manufacturer.
Not much is currently known about the new Brilliance EV offering, other than that it is smaller than the popular Junjie (also known as the BS-4 and pictured above) and will obviously be more ‘fuel efficent’.
With this EV release, Brilliance will join several other Chinese Automakers currently offering electric vehicles, including Chery and BYD.
No word on availability yet, but chances are the new Brilliance EV won’t make it to the States, as current Chinese cars have a tendency to fail U.S. crash tests, often spectacularly.
