We just got this great tip from our friend Skadamo over at the Electric Motorcycle Forum - several electric motorcycles are currently on display at the FIM (Fédération Internationale de Motocyclisme) show in Switzerland. This exhibition is being held from Thursday 19 February until tomorrow, Sunday 22 February at the Crowne Plaza hotel in Geneva.
Several leading electric motorcycles makers are at the show, each having brought its flagship product. KTM is there, showing off it’s Electro Enduro off-road motorcycle, giving fellow tradeshow attendees and exhibitors Zero Motorcycles and Quantya some stiff competition. Quantya is also present, showing off it’s Strada off-road electric motorcycle.

Those more interested in on-road electric motorcycles had the opportunity to check out the recently-developed TTXGP electric superbike, as well as a brand-new electric SuperMoto prototype being unveiled for the first time by Quantya.
Judging from the slew of new electric motorcycle releases this year, it looks like electric motorcycles are finally entering the mainstream market, and we couldn’t be more excited.. personally, I am saving my pennies for a new Brammo Enertia.
