Retro meets the future is kind of the theme behind this electric scooter concept by Miguel Angel Iranzo Sanchez (with a name like that, I guess he must be an artist).
The briefcase mounted to the scooter is actually the battery pack which powers the headlight and in-wheel motors. The briefcase is removed for recharge when needed and the whole scooter is small enough to park into a regular bike rack, so you can take the batteries into the office with you for recharging while you’re at work.

It’s a nice-looking rendering of the concept, though I’m not sure how many “luxury” types will want a scooter. The leather seat might be a bit over-the-top. Some nifty ideas behind this one, though.
